Average Rating: Rating: - Who doesn't have 10 minutes? I ordered this because the 3 10-minute segments appealed to me. You can always squeeze in ten minutes, and while you're there, maybe you'll do 20 or the whole 30. It goes fast, the instruction is good, and I love the countdown timer. Good tape--especially for those times when you can't face a whole hour of exercise. Rating: - three months later I bought this tape four months ago, and reviewed it three months ago. I still really like this tape, I am much stronger and recovering from injury. I have graduated to a denise austin piltes/mat work out series to alternate with this one. This tape is a great place to start on the road to pilates. Yesterday I did 30 mintues of belly dance, 20 mins of work out with hand weights, and 20 mintues of pilates, and 8 min abd tape. this tape got me started. go for it. Rating: - An Exercise Queen I recently saw an infomercial about Pilates and found it to be very interesting. I purchased this tape and I LOVE IT!!! The instructor walks you through the workouts and the count down timer is the best. I love the tape so much because you can do one 10 min. segment or do the entire tape for a full body workout. This tape is a great addition!!
